• ALMOST QUEEN to Perform at Warner Theatre (broadwayworld.com) — Torrington music fans can catch Queen tribute band Almost Queen live at the Warner Theatre's Oneglia Auditorium on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., with tickets starting at $42.50. The high-energy show promises faithful renditions of hits like Bohemian Rhapsody and We Will Rock You, along with deeper cuts for devoted Queen followers.
• Republican-American Community News from Torrington, Woodbury and Bethlehem (nhregister.com) — Torrington residents are invited to donate recently published fiction to the Torrington Library's Used Book Nook fundraiser, with drop-offs limited to one or two bags per week inside the building. The broader community roundup also highlights Region 14's upbeat first day of school in Woodbury and Bethlehem and Woodbury's long-awaited Rescue 3 fire truck, but the library appeal is immediately relevant in town.
