$1.2k Theft from Trumbull Target, Woman Charged: PD
Many of the items stolen were toys, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT—A Bridgeport woman was arrested after she stole more than $1,200 worth of merchandise from the Target located at the mall, police said.
Tajanique Watson, 24 concealed items in a shopping cart and left the store, according to police. Loss prevention tried to apprehend her, but she fled in a minivan.
A Trumbull Police officer nearby was able to stop the vehicle, arrest Watson and recover the items.

She was charged with fourth-degree larceny and operating an unregistered vehicle.
