2 Trumbull Residents Arrested Outside Motel: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — Two Trumbull residents are accused of fighting while in Milford, police said. On Nov. 25, officers responded to the Milford Inn, 345 Old Gate Lane on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Julia Starett, 19, and James Woods, 20, both of Sharon Road, who are accused of physically fighting with each other while in the parking lot, police said. Further investigation showed Woods to be in possession of Xanax outside of the original container, police said.

They are both charged with second-degree breach of peace, and Woods is also charged with third-degree criminal mischief and illegally storage of narcotics.
