202-Unit Trumbull Apartment Building Due At Former Office Space

TRUMBULL, CT — The sale of the former Canon USA office building in Trumbull was finalized for $4.5 million. The sale is another step toward a proposed 202-unit apartment complex.

Continental Properties plans to demolish the building to make way for the new development, according to the Connecticut Post.

Construction should begin in March. Plans call for 119 two-bedroom apartments with the rest being single-bedroom units with monthly rent estimated at between $1,600 and $2,000.
