Police said four adults and two juveniles accused of fleeing from a stolen car in Trumbull were recently arrested.
TRUMBULL, CT — Six Bridgeport residents accused of fleeing from a stolen car on Riverbend Road in Trumbull were arrested early Wednesday morning, according to the Trumbull Police Department.
In a news release provided by the department, Police Lt. Brian Falkenstein said officers received information around 4 a.m. about the stolen vehicle from the Monroe Police Department.
According to Falkenstein, Monroe police reported the vehicle was involved in thefts from cars in that town overnight and was last seen fleeing south on Monroe Turnpike near Route 25 into Trumbull.

Falkenstein said one person was found immediately when the car became disabled near the Route 25 highway exit ramp to Park Street.

According to Falkenstein, officers recovered a variety of stolen items, including credit cards, during the arrests.
Officers also learned a number of vehicles were entered overnight in several neighborhoods in Monroe and Trumbull, according to Falkenstein.
The vehicle was found to be recently stolen from Orange, Falkenstein said.
The suspects were identified as Aden Garrett, 21, Maleeik Medina, 20, Shaheem Medina, 20, Paldino Henry, 18, and two juveniles, all of whom are Bridgeport residents, according to Falkenstein.
All six were charged with possession of stolen credit cards, motor vehicle theft and third-degree burglary, as well as other related charges, Falkenstein said.
The four adults are scheduled to be arraigned in court later this month, and the two juveniles were referred to juvenile court and released to a parent and/or guardian, Falkenstein said.
Garrett was held on a $100,000 bond due to a failure to appear in court on weapons charges from an earlier unrelated case in Bridgeport, according to Falkenstein.
