Agriscience High School Holds Freshman Orientation

Trumbull's Agriscience staff and student officers welcomed the class of 2015, just before the start of school.

Trumbull Agriscience staff and student officers welcomed the incoming freshman class with a pizza party.

School Director Frank Cicero told the 50 new students that they are the “best of 300 applicants,” and added “once you get through the first marking period, you won’t want to leave.”

Department Chair Pamela Berlekovic opened the meeting showing the Future Farmers of America gavel student officers use to officiate at student meetings.  The nine FFA officers stood at their stations around the meeting room and told the freshmen the function of each office.
