Six Trumbull homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $550,000 to $1,295,000, according to Zillow.com.

New to the market Oct. 9, this ranch-style unit in Long Hill Village is within walking distance of Quality Street shopping, Town Hall and the main library, according to the listing. It has fresh paint, new carpet and refinished hardwood floors, and a double slider opens to a Trex deck and a fenced yard. The finished lower level has a cedar closet and a half bath. It's a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo with 1,370 square feet; the HOA fee is $484 a month.

The main level has a bedroom or office, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with a custom island, quartz counters and a dry bar. Upstairs are the primary suite and a bonus room over the garage, and the finished lower level adds another bonus room and full bath. It's a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with 3,550 square feet. Its price was cut by $55,000 on Sept. 29.
