Upcoming Open Houses In Trumbull

TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull's open houses this weekend fall almost entirely on Sunday, and they cover the town: a Long Hill ranch with a legal accessory apartment and a pool, a fully renovated Nichols home with Pinewood Lake rights, two houses on Geraldine Circle and a Trumbull Town Commons end unit.

Eleven Trumbull homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $529,900 to $875,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 31

15 Geraldine Circle, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (also Sunday, noon to 2 p.m.), $609,900. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sits on 0.58 acres, with a primary suite, a partially finished lower level and an attached garage. It has 1,560 square feet.

Sunday, Nov. 1

237 Broadbridge Road, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., $699,999. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath Colonial has an eat-in kitchen with an island, a formal dining room, two vaulted bonus rooms on the first floor and a finished basement with sliders to the backyard. A new deck sits above a patio with a six-person Jacuzzi. Zillow lists 3,864 square feet.

49 Sunrise Avenue, noon to 3 p.m., $850,000. This four-bedroom, three-bath ranch sits on a cul-de-sac in Long Hill and has been professionally renovated, with a new kitchen, bluestone patios and an in-ground pool in a fenced yard. It includes a legal accessory dwelling unit with its own kitchen, bedroom and bath, according to the listing. It has 1,968 square feet.

4280 Madison Avenue, noon to 3 p.m., $599,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath split-level sits on a large corner lot, with a big kitchen and dining room, split-system air conditioning, a newer roof and a fenced yard. The listing says the finished basement adds about 300 square feet not counted in Zillow's 1,411. The price was cut $41,000 on Oct. 8.

227 Mayfield Drive #227, noon to 2 p.m., $529,900. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is an end unit at Trumbull Town Commons in Long Hill, a short walk from shopping and the library. Each bedroom has its own bath, and there's a den, a private deck and a two-car garage. The community has a heated pool. It has 1,767 square feet and a $627 monthly HOA fee, per Zillow.

105 Old Dike Road, noon to 2 p.m., $875,000. This four-bedroom, two-bath home is in historic Nichols with deeded Pinewood Lake rights and lake views across the street, according to the listing. It was renovated in 2022, with a Thermador kitchen, a cathedral shiplap ceiling with an antique oak beam and a main-level office. The wooded yard adjoins the 330-acre Beach Memorial Park. It has 2,376 square feet, and the price was cut $25,000 on Oct. 27.

44 Geraldine Circle, noon to 3 p.m., $715,000. This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath split-level has been remodeled, with updated baths, a new boiler and central air (2024) and a remodeled patio by a cherry tree, on a park-like lot near Trumbull Center. It has 2,248 square feet.

7 Vesper Hill, 1 to 3 p.m., $600,000. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath raised ranch sits on a cul-de-sac on 0.51 acres backing up to woods, with apple trees, blueberry bushes and a fire pit. Inside are a stone fireplace, an updated kitchen, a three-season sunroom and a lower-level family room. It has 2,254 square feet.

63 Chatfield Drive, 1 to 3 p.m., $599,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath home has a covered front porch, hardwood floors, a kitchen with craftsman cabinets and a lower-level family room with a stone fireplace and an office.

Saturday's only stop is Geraldine Circle, open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Sunday, start at Broadbridge Road at 11, visit both Geraldine Circle homes and Long Hill around noon, then Nichols, and finish at Stonehouse Road, Chestnut Hill Road, Vesper Hill or Chatfield Drive, all open 1 to 3 p.m.
