2011 Middlebrook, Middlebrooke & Middlebrooks Family & Historical Reunion

We are in the final rounds of firming up the room count for the July 22-24 meeting. Some have responded previously, but due to technical difficulties we need you to respond again.
Please answer  this e-mail with a YES or NO reply, BEFORE JULY 4TH WEEKEND, even if you have previously responded.  Also if you know another family member not on our mailing list who would like to attend,  let me have their name and email address.

Condensed meeting agenda:
Friday, July 22:
We will kick off the day in Fairfield at either the Fairfield Museum and Historical Society or the Wilton Library where our speakers will talk about the Middlebrooks and the Fairfield area in the early 1600s. In the afternoon we will continue with various presentations on the CT Middlebrook line and how it relates to other branches in the US and in England. Included in this will be a short DNA presentation shedding light on how we are positive of relationships. If time allows we will visit the Fairfield Old Burial Ground.

Saturday, July 23:
We will start the day in Trumbull where our speakers will talk about the Middlebrooks and later in the day we will visit the The Trumbull Historical Society and then adjourn for a tour of the nearby Long Hill  Cemetery.

Sunday, July 24:
We will have our closing get-together at the Abraham Nichols Park on the Trumbull Historical Society grounds where we will meet for an old fashion family picnic.

Maps and a detailed agenda will be provided at Friday's registration. Registration fee will be $10 per individual family to defray cost. On Friday and Saturday evenings we will meet at a local restaurant to enjoy each other's company and talk about our Middlebrook's heritage.

Motel Reservations may be made at the Trumbull Marriott; Cost for reservations will be $89.00 per room per night. Currently we have four committed.
