Apartment & Retail Building Proposed For Trumbull Center: Report

TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Planning and Zoning Commission is considering a proposal for a new development on White Plains Road in Trumbull Center that would hold 52 apartments and retail space, reported the Trumbull Times.

The proposed five-story building, which would measure more than 40,000 square feet, would replace two buildings on the property in the 900 block.

Trumbull Center LLC is the applicant, and the project would require a zoning change to allow residential units in a commercial area.
