Aquarion Infrastructure Improvement Work Scheduled For Trumbull

Town officials said some customers may experience low pressure, no water or discolored water as a result of work being done in the area.

TRUMBULL, CT — Aquarion Water Company is scheduled to work on an infrastructure improvement project in Trumbull on Thursday, town officials announced.

According to the town's Facebook page, work is scheduled to begin near Driftwood Lane at 9 a.m. and will take place for approximately six to eight hours.

Town officials noted some customers in the affected area may experience low pressure, no water or discolored water as a result of the work being done.

In the event water service is disrupted by this work, residents are advised to use stored water for drinking and cooking.

"Should discoloration occur, run your cold water faucet until the water appears clear prior to resuming use and delay clothes washing until water is clear," the town's post reads.
