Aquarium Planned For Trumbull Mall
The Trumbull mall plans to start construction soon on an aquarium.

TRUMBULL, CT — SeaQuest plans to open a 17,000 square foot aquarium inside the Trumbull mall with construction expected to start in November.
The aquarium would be located between the lower level of JCPenney and Target, according to the Connecticut Post.
The aquarium chain has locations in Utah, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, California and Florida. Each location has different animals, but stingrays, sharks, turtles, snakes, lizards and birds are common, according to SeaQuest's website.

SeaQuest is also opening an aquarium inside the Palladio Mall in Folsom, Calif. with an expected opening date this fall.
The Westfield Trumbull Mall is also looking to get approval from the town to build more than 200 apartment units on its property as it looks to diversify from the traditional retail mall experience.
