Walking in our Ancestors’ Footsteps: An Informative Symposium with Khatchig Mouradian, Ph.D.

Have you ever wondered where in the Motherland your ancestors came from, and what the circumstances of their migration were?
Join Dr. Mouradian as he traces the trajectories of Armenian communities, guiding you on an insightful journey from the Armenian Highlands. This talk offers a historical perspective on Armenian migration over the past 200 years.
Khatchig Mouradian is a historian of the Middle East, and mass violence. He is a lecturer in Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies (MESAAS) at Columbia University and the Armenian and Georgian Area Specialist at the Library of Congress. Mouradian is the author of the award-winning book The Resistance Network and co-editor of The I.B. Tauris Handbook of the Late Ottoman Empire.
Admission to this event is $25.00 for adults; free admission under 21 years of age.
