Join Tammy Kershaw for a gentle, hands-on workshop using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to ease tension, improve mobility, and support healing in the chest, shoulders, and upper body after cancer treatment.
Each session blends self-massage, mindful movement, breath-work, and a calming Reiki closing to help regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of balance and ease.
$10 for Thrive Members and $20 for non-members.
