Christ Episcopal Church Tashua 40th Annual Apple Festival. A great start to the Fall Season!

Saturday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 25th from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We are located at 5170 Madison Avenue in Trumbull, CT.

This year’s event will feature our famous homemade pies, gourmet quiches and baked goods, a variety of arts and crafts from local and out of state artisans, locally grown apples, cider, pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, and colorful mums and other fall plants, plus children’s games, raffle prizes, entertainment, local non-profits and more.

In addition, our Baked Goods and Cafe areas will present a variety of treats, including homemade pies (apple, apple crumb, peach and blueberry), gourmet quiches, cakes, breads, crisps, cookies, caramel apples and more.

Harvest Heaven offers local fresh apples, cider, cookbooks, pumpkins, gourds, indian corn, cornstalks, and colorful mums, asters and other fall plants. Christ Church Tashua proudly supports locally grown items from Connecticut!

Plus, there’s our popular Food Tent providing freshly prepared food (hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage and peppers, chili, clam chowder, french fries, fried dough, etc.), beverages and snacks.

Our Children's Area has bounce houses, face painting, fun carnival games, crafts and a raffle of children's toys and games.

We also have entertainment each day! On Saturday, we have performances by The Melloders – Monroe Notables Singing Group and Fred Astaire Dance Studio. On Sunday, we have a showcase by the Metropolitan Car Group of Connecticut and a performance by Monroe Dance Academy.

Our Annual Raffle has five great prizes this year! A 60" Samsung Smart TV, a set of 2 Swiss Army watches, a Weber Spirit Gas Grill, a basket of gift cards from Target, Benedict’s Home and Garden, Starbucks, Prime 111 Restaurant, TJ Maxx/Home Goods and Home Depot and a handmade contemporary design quilt.

And, last but not least, we have a Pick-A-Prize Table where you can enter to win a variety of great prizes. Such as:
