Connecticut High School Musical Theater Awards Announces Nominees

2017 Connecticut High School Musical Theater Awards

At noon on Monday, May 22, 2017 CHSMTA announced the 2017 nominees for The Connecticut High School Musical Theater Awards.

Nominees in all categories - except SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS, GRAPHIC DESIGN and ARTS IN EDUCATION - were posted.

Award recipients will be announced from the stage of The Palace Theater (Waterbury, CT) on Monday, June 5, 2017 in a stunning and entertaining black tie gala. Tickets are now on sale through the Palace Theater Box office.

The CHSMTA program recognizes excellence on stage and behind the scenes. We do not believe that everyone deserves an award for "showing up". We believe that exceptional achievement should be celebrated as beacons of inspiration and aspiration. Congratulations to all of this years nominees.
