Coronavirus Trumbull: 2 Nursing Homes Have 42 Cases, 5 Deaths
Two nursing homes in Trumbull have reported coronavirus cases and deaths.
TRUMBULL, CT — Two Trumbull nursing homes have a combined 42 laboratory-confirmed coronavirus cases and five deaths.
St. Joseph's Center has 23 confirmed cases and four deaths as of April 16, according to the Department of Public Health. The facility has 269 total licensed beds. Maefair Health Care Center has 19 cases and three deaths. It has 134 beds.
Trumbull overall has 179 confirmed coronavirus cases and 17 coronavirus-related deaths.

Connecticut overhaul has had 15,884 positive coronavirus cases and 971 deaths as of April 16. Of that 1,713 cases and 375 deaths are linked to nursing home residents.
