Crashed Motorcyclist Arrested For DUI: Trumbull PD
The crash sent the motorcyclist to the hospital.

TRUMBULL, CT — A motorcyclist who collided with trees was arrested for DUI June 19 by Trumbull Police.
The crash occurred near Madison Avenue and Tashua Road May 1 around 8 p.m. Operator Charles Brian, 42, of Trumbull had slurred speech and appeared unsteady, police said. He was transported to the hospital for injuries.
Officers obtained his toxicology records which showed a BAC of .18 around the time of the crash, according to police.

He was charged with DUI, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in the proper lane.
