Details Announced For Trumbull Community Theatre's 'A Christmas Carol'

TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull Community Theatre's first production, the holiday classic "A Christmas Carol" with music by Alan Menken and Lynn Ahrens, will be presented in December.

According to a news release provided by TCT, this timeless and heartwarming classic is set to capture the spirit of the season like never before, showcasing the incredible talents of our community members who have come together to create a memorable theatrical experience.

This year's production of "A Christmas Carol" highlights the dedication, passion and talent of Trumbull's community members who have worked tirelessly to create a theatrical masterpiece. From the actors who will bring the characters to life to the crew behind the scenes, the production is a true testament to the power of collaboration, according to TCT.

This inaugural production combines 87 cast members from the Trumbull community, made up of 40 adults and teens and 47 local children from the ages of 6 through 12.

Director Brett Boles, the longtime director of the Trumbull Youth Association’s summer productions, has expressed his excitement about the production.

"This show is a perfect example of how a community can come together to create something truly special," Boles said in a news release. "The dedication and enthusiasm of our cast and crew have been inspiring, and I can't wait for the audience to experience the magic we've created."

● Dates: Dec. 1 (7:30 p.m.), Dec. 2 (2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.), Dec. 3 (6 p.m.)

● Location: Trumbull High School Auditorium (72 Strobel Road, Trumbull)
