Driver High on Heroin Passes Out in Trumbull: PD

The man was revived using naloxone, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT—A Bridgeport man who was apparently experiencing a heroin overdose was rescued after he was given two doses of naloxone, police said.

Police responded to the area of Main Street and Route 15 Sept. 19 on a report of an unconscious operator in the middle of the intersection.

Brian Epps, 47, had extreme labored breathing and was unconscious. Two doses of naloxone revived him and he as taken to the hospital for further treatment.

He admitted to snorting some heroin, police said. Two passengers said they didn't see him consume drugs.

Epps was later released from the hospital and charged with DUI.
