Driver on PCP Charged With DUI: Trumbull PD
The driver crashed into a tree, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport man was arrested after a drug test revealed PCP and marijuana in his system at the time of a crash, according to police.
Police responded to a crash in October 2015 involving a car and a tree. Operator Santo Rodriguez, 34, sustained head injuries and was taken to the hospital.
While at the hospital Rodriguez allegedly admitted to smoking marijuana and PCP before the crash. A blood test was performed and police obtained the results via a search warrant, according to police.

He turned himself in April 27 and was charged with DUI and several motor vehicle infractions.
