Drugged Driver Arrested for DUI: Trumbull PD

The man told officers he used PCP before driving, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Norwalk man was charged with DUI after he was found to be driving improperly, according to police.

An officer on patrol noticed a vehicle stopped in the middle of an intersection around 1:39 a.m. The officer asked if the operator was okay, but the operator stared forward and eventually responded.

The officer followed the vehicle and saw it crossed the double-yellow line. At that point the officer pulled the vehicle over and operator Walter Perry, 37, failed field sobriety tests. Later on he told officers he had taken PCP before driving, according to police.
