DUI Arrest Made In Trumbull: PD

A man was found to be nearly double the legal limit, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport man was arrested after he was found to be driving while intoxicated in an unregistered motor vehicle without a license, according to police.

Police pulled over a vehicle with an expired registration Jan. 18 in the area of Old Town Road. The officer smelled alcohol and operator David Hillinsky, 58, failed a field sobriety test.

His BAC level was .1457 and .1417, both over the legal limit, police said.

He was charged with DUI, operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
