DUI Driver Arrested In Trumbull: PD
He was heading home in the wrong direction, police said.
TRUMBULL, CT — A Hamden man was arrested for DUI after he was seen swerving in and out of traffic on the Merritt Parkway in Trumbull, according to police.
Steven Battista, 33, told police he had about six beers and was driving home to Hamden, police said. He was driving on the southbound side of the highway, which is the opposite direction.
Battista failed a field sobriety test and his BAC registered at .1749 and .1705, police said.
