DUI Driver Hit 2 Vehicles: Trumbull PD

He hit a curb and two vehicles, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — An allegedly intoxicated driver was arrested after he hit two parked cars in a parking lot on Daniels Farm Road, according to police.

A witness called police May 6 about an erratic driver who had pulled into a parking lot, ran over a curb and struck two parked vehicles. There were no reported injuries.

Robert Toros, 70, of Bridgeport said he drank earlier in the day, police said. His level of intoxication prevented him from safely performing field sobriety tests. He was eventually brought to police headquarters where his BAC was determined to be .259, according to police.

He was charged with DUI and held on $1,000 bail.
