Elderly Woman Robbed At Trumbull Mall: PD
The woman sustained some injuries in the attack. Her purse and car were stolen.

TRUMBULL, CT — An 82-year-old woman was robbed of her car and her purse at the Trumbull mall Saturday afternoon, according to police.
The woman was pushed to the ground by an unidentified male who took her purse and fled in her grey Honda Accord towards the Main Street exit. She had been walking towards JC Penney from the parking lot when she was attacked, said Lt. Brian Weir, police spokesman.
The woman sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Police describe the robber as a Hispanic male in his 20's who is about 5'9'' inches tall with a close-cropped haircut. He was wearing grey sweatpants and a white, yellow and red windbreaker jacket.
