The Trumbull Monroe Health District is hosting a free nutrition education program titled "Cut Out the Fat," through Nov. 10 that covers health assessment and nutrition basics, nutrition and exercise for improved wellness, understanding food labels, and cooking healthy and safely.
The program schedule is:
- 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at TMHD, 2 Corporate Drive, Suite 116, Trumbull
- 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at TMHD, 2 Corporate Drive, Suite 116, Trumbull
- 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at Masuk High School, Culinary Arts Room, 1014 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe
- 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at TMHD, 2 Corporate Drive, Suite 116, Trumbull
