A presentation and informal discussion addressing the expansion of the Trumbull Rails-to-Trails project will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, at the , located at 571 White Plains Road. The session is being held to invite the exchange of ideas with residents whose homes are located along the extended trail.
