Historical Society Holiday Party

Join us for our 3rd annual Trees for History program! The Trumbull girl scouts, cub scouts and brownie troops will help decorate the Museum for the holidays with their beauitful history themed trees. The trees will be available for viewing December 4th. There will also be crafts and refreshments for the children. At 5pm guests can head over to the Nichols Tree Lighting at the Nichols United Methodist church. The museum will be decorated with holiday displays including antique toys, ornaments, and victorian winter wear.

Sunday November 11th, each tree will be part of a raffle to raise money for the Trumbull Historical Society. Come view the trees and maybe you will get to take one home! Children might even recieve a visit from Kris Kringle! Guests can then head over to the NIA parking lot for a fabulous bonfire.

Our gift shop will also be open, which includes many unique, classic and affordable holidays gifts and craft kits to do with your children.
