Fentanyl Arrest Made In Trumbull: PD
Nearly three pounds of fentanyl were found in a vehicle, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — Two people were arrested after nearly three pounds of suspected drugs were found during a traffic stop, according to police.
Police pulled a vehicle over near Lake Avenue and Main Street March 14 after officers got an erratic driver complaint. A Trumbull K-9 unit was at the scene and indicated drugs were present in the vehicle, police said.
Three packages were found in the vehicle and later tested presumptively positive for fentanyl. The total weight was 47,75 ounces.

Lamont Ward, 46, and Perry Ward, 50, were each charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics and held on $200,000 bonds.
