Fraudster Arrested At Trumbull Mall: PD
He opened two accounts in a victim's name, but what ultimately nabbed by officers, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bronx, N.Y. man was heavily charged after he opened credit lines in another person's name, according to police.
Mohamed Cisse, 29, was arrested June 15 after he opened an account at Kay Jewelers in the mall for $10,000. Of that he was allowed to use a portion immediately, but he wanted more, police said. The store's fraud department looked into it and found some inconsistencies on a credit check.
They then spoke to the victim of the identity theft and police were called to arrest Cisse, police said.

Police also learned that he opened an account at Best Buy Mobile in the name of the same victim and purchased two phones and two large quantity gift cards, police said.
He was charged with various counts of forgery, identity theft, credit card theft and larceny. He was held on a $75,000 bond.
