TRUMBULL, CT — A man wanted on multiple sexual assault charges out of New York State was arrested a day before the event started, according to police.Jefferson County police contacted Trumbull Police Sept. 7 and said they had information that a wanted man was working for the amusement ride company that was at the Trumbull Fall Festival.Police went to the area of the festival and took Roy Hillyard, 58, of Henrietta, New York into custody. Jefferson County police contacted Trumbull Police Sept. 7 and said they had information that a wanted man was working for the amusement ride company that was at the Trumbull Fall Festival.Police went to the area of the festival and took Roy Hillyard, 58, of Henrietta, New York into custody.
