Hallucinating Man Charged with DUI: Trumbull PD
His vehicle had heavy damage and was missing a tire when police found him.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport man was charged with DUI after his vehicle was found missing a tire, police said.
Police responded to Marshal Avenue April 12 on a report of a vehicle parked in front of a resident's house with heavy damage. Officers found David Morrin, 37, asleep with the car running.
He said he had taken medicine, but didn't remember when. He didn't smell of alcohol, police said.

He failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the hospital by EMS after he began hallucinating and talking to people who weren't present, according to police.
He refused to provide a urine sample when asked at the hospital.
