The summer sessions offer something for everyone. The three-session structure gives students the flexibility to study at their own pace, tailor their course load to their individual goals, and still have time for a vacation before the Fall semester starts.

Sessions II and III, the five-week sessions, are appropriate for people who want to accomplish as much as they can in a short time. Session I, the eight-week session, is tailor-made for working students who are trying to balance education with a full-time job and/or family responsibilities.

All three sessions are appropriate for HCC students enrolled in associate degree or certificate programs, as well as students at other colleges and universities who are looking for quality transfer credits at an affordable cost.

While HCC’s credits transfer easily, students of other colleges are encouraged to clear their summer course plans with their college registrar or academic advisor.
