Make-A-Wish CT Postpones Travel-Related Wishes
The Connecticut chapter has postponed 39 of the current 109 pending wishes in Connecticut amid coronavirus concerns.

TRUMBULL, CT — Make-A-Wish Connecticut is postponing travel wishes due to coronavirus uncertainty at this time.
Wishes related to large gatherings are also being postponed. Around 77 percent of wishes invovle air travel.
The Connecticut chapter has postponed 39 of the 109 pending wishes.

"As always, we remain committed to our vision of granting the wish of every eligible child fighting a critical illness,the organization wrote in a release. "The world needs hope right now, and our mission is to create life-changing wishes that deliver hope to children with critical illnesses. Our mission has been interrupted and we need your support now more than ever."
