Man Charged with Assaulting Girlfriend in Trumbull: PD
He assaulted her during a fight over whether she was talking to other men, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — Police arrested a Bridgeport man after he reportedly assaulted his girlfriend and stole her phone, police said.
The juvenile girlfriend went to police headquarters with her parents on Feb. 10 to tell them that the day before he had bitten her thumb during an argument, according to police.
He became suspicious that she was talking to other men and wanted to see her phone, but she refused.

Joseph Pulliam, 20, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He also had an active arrest warrant from a December with the victim where he stole her phone while she was at the mall, police said. The phone belonged to her parents and they wanted to press charges.
He was charged with fifth-degree larceny for that incident.
