Man Charged with Violation of Protective Order in Trumbull

He followed the mother of his children and threatened her, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT—A Bridgeport man was charged with violating a protective order after he followed the mother of his children and threatened her, police said.

Police were called Dec. 4 after the woman went to pick up the children from Damion Medwinter's home.

Medwinter, 36, followed the woman to another location and threatened her, police said. She then called police. An active protective order exists against Medwinter
