Man Robbed Girlfriend In Trumbull: PD

A man is accused of robbing his girlfriend in a parking lot, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport man was arrested after he robbed his girlfriend in the Trumbull mall parking lot, according to police.

The two had argued throughout the day March 9 and Raevon Hariston, 42, followed the victim to the mall parking lot, police said. He got into her car and an argument turned physical.

Hariston put his hand around the victim's neck, grabbed her purse then jumped in his own car and left the parking lot, police said.

Police arrested Hariston on a warrant Dec. 3. He is charged with third-degree robbery, first-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $40,000.
