Man Violates Protective Order 8 Times: Trumbull PD

The man left several voicemail messages on his ex's phone, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Milford man was arrested after he violated a protective order eight times by leaving eight voicemail messages on a woman’s phone, according to police.

The woman told police she was in a relationship with Thomas Lauro,53, of Milford and has an active protective order against him that prevents any sort of contact.

Lauro admitted to police that he made the calls and said he was out drinking with a friend the night they were made, according to police. Bond was set at $50,000.
