Massive Apartment Complex Approved For Trumbull: Report
The development is slated for the site of an empty office building.

TRUMBULL, CT — Plans have been approved for a new, 202-unit apartment complex in Trumbull at the site of a vacant 79,000-square-foot office building at 100 Oakview Drive, reports the Connecticut Post.
New Jersey-based Continental Properties will tear down the existing building and construct the complex in stages into 2021.
Rents could run between $1,600 and $2,000 per unit. The project is expected to cost about $30 million to build.
