Nearly 50 Apartments Near Merritt Parkway Approved For Trumbull: Report
Plans for the two-story, 48-unit structure near the Merritt Parkway in Trumbull were recently approved by the town, according to a report.
TRUMBULL, CT — Plans for a two-story, 48-unit apartment structure near Route 25 and the Merritt Parkway in Trumbull were recently approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Trumbull Times reports. The apartments will be located at 2105 and 2125 Reservoir Avenue.
According to the Trumbull Times, developer Stephen Shapiro of Gold Coast Properties received zoning approval after scaling back a previous plan that proposed a three-story structure with 105 units on the property. At least seven of the units must be set aside as affordable under state statute.
