New Pediatric Healthcare Facility Opens In Trumbull

Town officials recently celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting for a new pediatric healthcare facility in Trumbull.

TRUMBULL, CT — Last week, town officials celebrated the official opening and ribbon cutting for a new Pediatric Healthcare Associates facility in Trumbull.

The grand opening event was held Wednesday at the new Trumbull facility, located at 6600 Main Street.

In a Facebook post Monday, Trumbull officials shared photos from the event and noted PHA was "truly a great asset" to the town.

"We're thrilled they chose to expand here in Trumbull," the post reads, "and we're proud to have such an outstanding healthcare provider as part of our community."

To mark the occasion, March 11, 2026, was officially proclaimed Pediatric Healthcare Associates Day in Trumbull, the post notes.

According to details shared by PHA, the event celebrated the opening of PHA's newest location and highlighted their continued commitment to serving the Trumbull community.

Those in attendance included PHA leadership and community partners, as well as First Selectman Vicki Tesoro and other local officials.

According to their website, PHA offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

"With same day sick visits, after hours, weekend and holiday appointments, plus on-call services after 8 p.m., you never have to worry about access to your care team," the website reads.

Trumbull office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (phones on at 7:30 a.m.) and holidays from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (phones on at 8:15 a.m.).

The facility is closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m., according to the website.
