Obit: Rosemary DeCarlo, 65, Of Trumbull

Rosemary A. DeCarlo, age 65, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Ludlowe Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Fairfield. Born in Brooklyn, NY on March 26, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Louis A. DeCarlo and Mary Palo DeCarlo and was a longtime resident of Brooklyn before she moved to Connecticut last summer. Before her retirement Rosemary was a legal secretary for many years at Sullivan and Cromwell in New York City.

She is survived by her beloved sister, Denise Mortati and her husband Joseph of Trumbull and a cherished niece, Kathryn Mortati, and many cousins.

Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the St. Joseph Mausoleum at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. Friends may greet the family Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center, Development Office Manager, 633 Third Ave., New York, NY 10017.
