Duane was a kind, humble, generous soul who cared for all. Everywhere Duane went he made friends. Duane was passionate about his religious beliefs and his church. He loved being a part of the welcoming committee at church, as well as a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a Derby Recreation Camp board member. Duane had a special connection with animals.
