Obituary: Frances Miceli, 95, Of Trumbull

Frances Miceli, age 95 of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Joseph Miceli, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, August 21, 2022.

Born on July 9, 1927 in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Emanuel and Jennie (Giordano) Miceli.

Frances attended Harding High School and the University of CT. She worked Sikorsky Aircraft and later for the Trumbull School Lunch Program. She enjoyed traveling to Florida with her husband, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frances is survived by her loving daughter, Andrea Prushko and her husband Anthony and her loving son, Joseph and his fiancé Donna, two cherished granddaughters, Jennifer Morizio and her husband David and Lisa Blanchette and her husband Daniel. Frances loved her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Isabella and Brett. She is also survived by a brother, Frank Miceli and his wife Josephine and many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her siblings, Nicholas Miceli, Josephine Staltaro, Anne Gleason, Phyllis Gleason and Carmella Tamburello.

The family wishes to thank her special caregivers Eleanor, Fern, Nicole and Hospice for the wonderful care she received.
