Obituary: Isabel Trudeau, 79, Of Trumbull

Isabel L. (Culver) Trudeau, age 79, beloved wife of Donald C. Trudeau of Trumbull passed away Monday, October 30, 2023.

Isabel was born in Nanticoke, PA, a daughter of the late Glenn and Anna Williams Culver. She retired after more than 30 years of teaching, most recently at Jane Ryan Elementary School in Trumbull.

Isabel enjoyed her time golfing with her lady friends as a member of the Tashua Nine Hole Golfers. She served at the Golden Hill Methodist Church and was pleased to attend and be involved with her church family.

In addition to her husband Donald, Isabel is survived by her brothers, Glenn and Paul Culver, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Benton Culver and George Williams; and her sister Shirley Kulp.

Services will be announced at a later date. Gifts in Isabel’s memory may be made to Golden Hill United Methodist Church, 210 Elm St., Bridgeport, CT 06604.
