Obituary: Kasturbai H. Shah, 94, Of Trumbull

Kasturbai H. Shah, age 94, of Trumbull passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of 74 years to Harilal A. Shah, who passed away in May of 2022.

Born in Jamnagar, India on June 1, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Punjabhai and Shantaben Gada. A woman of great faith, she never demanded anything of others and will be remembered for her permanent smile, which was warm and inviting to everyone she came in contact with. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and found great enjoyment cooking for them. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend of many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her loving children, Mukesh Shah and his wife Vibha, Milan Shah and his wife Sudha and Kalpesh Shah and his wife Rashmi, her six cherished grandchildren, Neemit, Neerali, Aakash, Aarti, Chandani and Karina, her ten adored great grandchildren, Aaryan, Satyam, Sahana, Soren, Nico, Remy, Maya, Leena, Jay and Aaliyah, her brothers, Arvind and Ashok and her sisters, Ansu and Chandri, all of India. She was predeceased by her brother, Keshu Gada.
