Obituary: Patricia Rapillo, 80, Of Trumbull

Patricia A. Rapillo, age 80, of Trumbull, a registered nurse at Park City Hospital for 30 years and currently at Liberation Programs, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at St. Vincent's Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Bridgeport on January 28, 1942, she was a daughter of the late James and Marie Sullivan Donnelly. She was a graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing and received her bachelor's degree from Post University.

In her spare time, Patricia was an avid reader, loved to travel, and above all else, enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends.

She was the beloved wife of Robert A. Rapillo, and is survived by her children, Kevin Rapillo and his wife Sandra of Nashville and Karen Gossman and her husband Jason of Trumbull, her cherished grandchildren, Sarah and Emily, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends may attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 31st at 11 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements entrusted to Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
