Obituary: Rose Ruocco, 99, Of Trumbull
Rose worked as a visiting nurse for many years and it was her life mission to take care of people.

Rose Ruocco entered into eternal sleep at St. Joseph's Manor, Trumbull, on Sunday, October 31, 2022 at the age 99.
Rose was born to Ukrainian immigrants Larry and Eva Worob in Framingham, Massachusetts on May 13, 1923. The youngest of 5 children, she was a sister of the late Larry Worob, Lena Nikolauk, Leda Ferullo, and Ann Wilbur.

Rose was a World War II veteran nurse where she met her late husband, Joesph Rucco. Rose spent her life as a dedicated mother and grandmother. She worked as a visiting nurse for many years and it was her life mission to take care of people. She enjoyed going to the casino with her husband, reading, cooking and watching her favorite shows jeopardy and wheel of fortune.
Rose is survived by her daughter, Renee Kutlik of Trumbull CT, her granddaughters, Tanya Pinho and spouse Kevin Pinho of Monroe CT, Laura Kutlik and spouse Mike Berescik of Ansonia CT and her cherished great-grandchildren, Scarlett Rose Pinho, named after her, and Logan Carter Pinho.

All funeral services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
