Partially Nude DUI Driver Arrested: Trumbull PD
Police found him after he crashed at the Trumbull mall. He was four times the legal limit, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — Officers arrested an Easton man after they found he had crashed at the Trumbull mall while intoxicated, according to police.
An officer on routine patrol at the mall Dec. 29 was flagged down by a concerned patron who reported seeing an erratic driver. Another concerned patron flagged down the officer after a vehicle crashed into an unoccupied parked vehicle. The second patron grabbed the man's keys.
The officer spoke to operator Shaun Summers, 44, who admitted to being intoxicated, according to police. He was partially nude and his clothes were soaking wet.

His level of intoxication prevented him from completing a field sobriety test, police said. His BAC was recorded at .33 and .32 at police headquarters. Both results are four times the legal limit. Summers was charged with DUI, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to insure vehicle.
